Our Vision
"To be Christ-centered people who impact others in meaningful ways."
Our Mission
"Equipping people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus." Our mission as a church is to take an intentional approach to empower people to become more like Jesus. When we look at Jesus in Scripture, we get a picture of what we our lives should look like. Jesus told his disciples to make more disciples, baptizing them, and teaching them to obey what He commanded (Matthew 28:18-20). Jesus also told His followers that their first priority should be to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). This is what we need to be about as citizens of the Kingdom of God. God gave us His Holy Spirit to guide us, comfort us, guarantee our inheritance of salvation, and produce fruit in our lives. Our goal is to follow God's will each day in every situation. In the times where we fall short, we rely on God's grace and forgiveness. We seek to provide opportunities as a church and in our individual lives to fulfill this calling.
Our Strategies
We use 4 simple strategies to help us accomplish our mission of equipping others to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. We believe that when we love, serve, seek, and grow, we start becoming more like Jesus.
LOVE: Loving God wholly. Loving our neighbors as we love ourselves. Loving each other as Jesus has loved us. (John 13:34, Matthew 22:37-40, 1 John 4:7)
SERVE: Following Jesus by becoming the servant of all. (Matthew 25:31-45, Galatians 6:10, 1 John 3:18)
SEEK: Seeking the last, the lost, and the least by being Jesus and pointing them to Him for live and salvation. (Luke 19:10, Matthew 28:18-20)
GROW: Growing up in Christ by practicing the spiritual disciplines He practiced. Things like: prayer, solitude, dwelling on God's Word, trusting God unconditionally, intimate fellowship, and compassion. Living holy (set apart) and Godly lives as we are led by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 3:18, John 15:5)
